Disclaimer

1. 18+ only

This website is for adults aged 18 or over, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. For example, it is 21 in most US states that permit online casinos, and 19 in most Canadian provinces. If you are under that age, please leave now. If you are worried about a young person’s gambling, the services listed in section 16 can help.

2. Gambling involves a real risk of losing money

• Casino games are designed so that the house wins over time. The house edge, also called RTP (return to player), means that the more you play, the more you should expect to lose. No strategy, system or “provably fair” game changes that.
• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Treat it as the price of entertainment, never as a way to make money, pay debts or solve financial problems.
• Gambling can be addictive. Warning signs include chasing losses, gambling more than you planned, borrowing to gamble, hiding it from others and feeling anxious when you don’t play. Set deposit and time limits before you start. If gambling stops being fun, stop. Our responsible gambling page lists free, confidential help.

3. Risks specific to cryptocurrency

• Transfers are final. A crypto payment can’t be cancelled or charged back like a card payment. If a casino doesn’t pay, there is usually no bank or card scheme to step in.
• Wrong network or address = lost funds. Sending a coin on the wrong network (for example USDT on the wrong chain), or leaving out a required memo or tag, can lose your money for good.
• Prices move. If your balance is held in a volatile coin, its value can fall between your deposit and your withdrawal, regardless of how you played.
• Stablecoins aren’t risk-free. They depend on their issuer and can temporarily or permanently lose their peg.
• Fees and delays. Network fees and congestion can make small withdrawals expensive or slow.
• Tax. Gambling winnings and crypto gains or losses may be taxable where you live. Check with a qualified adviser.
• Security. Keep your seed phrase private. No genuine casino, support agent or review site, including us, will ever ask for it.

4. Leveraged trading, casino tokens and “investments”

Some crypto casinos also offer leveraged crypto futures (for example “1000x”), their own tokens, staking, or revenue-sharing schemes. These are high-risk financial products:

• They are usually not covered by the casino’s gambling licence or by any financial regulator.
• With high leverage, a very small price move can wipe out your whole position within seconds.
• Casino tokens can lose most of their value quickly. Owning one gives you no ownership of the company and no legal claim on it.

When we describe these products, we are explaining them, not recommending them.

5. What an offshore licence does, and doesn’t, mean

Many crypto casinos are licensed in places like Curaçao, Anjouan or Kahnawake. Such a licence means a regulator knows the company exists and has set some rules. It usually offers much weaker player protection than regulators such as the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority. Specifically:

• there may be no independent dispute service;
• there are limited checks on whether player funds are kept safe;
• you may have little chance of recovering money if the casino refuses to pay or shuts down.

We check licences on the regulator’s own register where one exists, but a licence that is valid today can be suspended or withdrawn tomorrow.

6. Legality depends on where you are

Online casino gambling is illegal or restricted in many places. Some examples (not a complete list):

• United Kingdom: operators must hold a UK Gambling Commission licence to serve customers in Great Britain. Most crypto casinos don’t, and exclude UK players.
• United States: online casinos are legal only in a handful of states, only through state-licensed operators, and usually only for ages 21+. Offshore crypto casinos are not licensed by any US state.
• Australia: under the Interactive Gambling Act, online casino services can’t legally be offered to people in Australia. The regulator ACMA blocks illegal sites.
• Several EU countries (for example France, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy) allow only locally licensed operators.

Our laws by country page gives more detail. It is a general summary, may be out of date, and is not legal advice. Using a VPN to reach a casino that excludes your country usually breaks its terms and can lead to confiscated winnings. We never recommend it.

7. Information only: not legal, financial or tax advice

Everything on this site is general information and opinion for adults. It is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and it doesn’t take your personal situation into account. Nothing here is an offer, invitation or encouragement to gamble or to buy any cryptocurrency or token. We are not a gambling operator and we don’t take bets.

8. Accuracy, and why dates matter

We check our information carefully and show when each review was last updated. But casinos change their bonuses, terms, withdrawal limits, accepted coins, licences, owners and country lists often, sometimes without notice.

• Always check the details on the casino’s own website before you deposit. If there is a difference, the casino’s current terms are what apply to you.
• If you spot an error, please tell us. We correct verified errors and list them publicly in our corrections log.

9. Our scores and labels are opinions

Our Trust score is a weighted average of five ratings: safety & licensing, payments, fair terms, complaint record, and support. The weights are published. The labels mean:

• “Recommended”: we found good evidence of reliable payment and fair treatment.
• “Use caution”: we found real issues, or haven’t finished our own tests yet.
• “Avoid”: we found verified evidence of serious problems, such as non-payment.

All of these are honest, reasoned opinions based on the evidence we had on the review date. They are not facts, guarantees or certifications, and a casino’s behaviour can change at any time. A high score doesn’t mean you will win, be paid, or never have a problem.

10. About our tests

Where a review includes a test log, those are real transactions we made with our own money, with the date, coin, amount and time taken. Your results may differ, because of the following:

• the coin and network you choose;
• the amount you withdraw;
• whether your account is selected for verification (KYC);
• network congestion;
• changes the casino has made since our test.

If a review hasn’t been tested yet, it says so. Figures are then based on the casino’s stated policies and on third-party reports, and we label them as such.

11. Scam reports and complaints

Our scam reports and complaint summaries are based on evidence we have reviewed, such as transaction hashes, screenshots and chat logs, plus public sources. Where a player makes a claim, we describe it as their report, not as an established fact. We contact the casino and publish its response where it gives one. An “unresolved” complaint means the matter was open when we last checked. It is not a court or regulator finding. Casinos can request corrections under our right-of-reply process.

12. Bonuses and promotions

Casino bonuses almost always come with conditions. Common ones are:

• wagering requirements (you must bet a multiple of the bonus before you can withdraw);
• maximum bet limits;
• game restrictions;
• time limits;
• caps on how much you can win and cash out.

Breaking a bonus rule, even by accident, can cost you your winnings. A bonus is never “free money”. We summarise key terms in reviews, but read the full bonus terms on the casino’s site before you accept one. You can usually decline a bonus.

13. Affiliate disclosure

CryptoCasinos.help is free to use and has no ads. We earn money through affiliate links. If you sign up at a casino after clicking a “Visit” link on our site, that casino may pay us a commission. That can be a one-off fee or a share of the casino’s revenue from your play. You don’t pay anything extra.

Which links are affiliate links: the "Visit" buttons on casino reviews, when we have a partnership with that casino. Every affiliate "Visit" button has an "Affiliate link" label right below it. A review also says in its Overview when the casino is a partner. Links to regulators, help services, coins and game providers are never affiliate links.

This creates a conflict of interest, so here is how we manage it:

• Scores come from a published formula. A casino can’t pay to change its score, position or label.
• Partner casinos can be, and are, rated “Use caution” or “Avoid”.
• We remove “Visit” links for every casino rated “Avoid”, and for casinos that exclude the visitor’s country.
• Reviews state when a casino is an affiliate partner.

Affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored", in line with search engine guidelines. This disclosure is intended to meet advertising rules such as the US FTC Endorsement Guides and the UK CAP Code. Full details are in our funding policy.

14. How we use software and AI tools

We use software tools, including AI tools, to help with research, drafting, data checks and site features. Every casino review must meet our review standard before it is published:

• facts must come from primary or reputable sources;
• player reports are labelled as reports;
• scores follow the published formula with documented reasons.

Test results and screenshots are never generated or estimated: they come from real accounts. Reviewer profiles describe real people or are labelled as the editorial team.

15. External links, trademarks and liability

• We link to casinos, regulators, help services and other websites. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content, products, availability or conduct.
• Brand names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify what we write about, and their use doesn’t imply endorsement either way.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or any site it links to. See section 13 of our terms & conditions.
