How we work — in full

Gambling sites are full of hidden incentives. Here's everything about ours: how we're funded, our exact scoring formula, how we test, and every correction we've made.

How we make money

CryptoCasinos.help is free to use. We earn a commission from some casinos when a reader signs up through a link on our site. These are affiliate links: they're marked rel="sponsored", and every page that has one says so. We don't sell ad space, sponsored rankings or "featured" placements.

Commissions never affect scores. Here's how we make sure:

  • Scores come from the published formula below. Nobody can buy a higher weight or a better score.
  • Partner casinos can be, and are, rated "Use caution" or "Avoid". We remove "Visit" buttons from any casino rated "Avoid", partner or not.
  • Reviewers don't know which casinos pay us commission or how much.
  • We don't link to casinos for visitors in countries the casino excludes.

How we score casinos

Each casino gets a 0–10 score on five criteria. The overall Trust score is a weighted average:

CriterionWeightWhat we look at
Safety & licensing30%Licence quality, ownership transparency, security, responsible-gambling tools.
Payments & withdrawal speed25%Measured deposit/withdrawal times from our own tests, fees, limits, coin choice.
Fair terms & bonus rules20%Wagering requirements, max-cashout caps, confiscation clauses, provably fair games.
Complaint record15%Volume and handling of verified player complaints over the last 12 months.
Support & usability10%Live chat response times, mobile experience, language coverage.

Every review shows the breakdown, so you can see exactly why a casino scored what it did — and re-weight it in your head if you care about different things.

How we test

  1. We open a real account from a permitted country and deposit our own funds.
  2. We time deposits and withdrawals across several coins, and publish every test in the review's test log with its date, amount and result.
  3. We read the full terms, especially bonus rules, max-cashout caps and "irregular play" clauses.
  4. We verify the licence on the regulator's own register, not the casino's badge.
  5. We track complaints and check them against evidence before publishing.
  6. We re-check every recommended casino at least every 90 days. The "Updated" date on each review shows when we last did.

Where a review hasn't been fully tested yet, it says so and the test log is empty. We never present estimates as test results.

What the labels mean

  • Recommended — paid us reliably, fair terms, no unresolved serious complaints.
  • Use caution — real issues such as slow payments, harsh terms or weak licensing. Read the review first.
  • Avoid — verified non-payment, confiscated winnings or a fake licence. We don't link to these.
  • Closed — no longer operating.

Independence rules

  • Casinos can't review, approve or edit our content before publication.
  • We don't accept free credit, gifts or trips from operators.
  • Scam reports need evidence (transaction hashes, screenshots, chat logs). We give the casino a chance to reply and publish its response.

Corrections policy

When we get something wrong, we fix it and log it publicly, both on the review and here. Report errors via the report page.

  • 2 Nov 2026 · Rollbit: Licence and owner updated. Rollbit's terms (updated 16 September 2026, per third-party copies) name Acacia Tech Ltd, Nevis, as operator, and the Anjouan register lists licence ALSI-042308006-FII for rollbit.com as valid. The Curaçao certificate for Bull Gaming N.V. (OGL/2024/1260/0494), which we previously listed, now shows 'Revoked'. Safety and fair-terms scores lowered; first real-money test findings added.
