1. Agreement to these terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of cryptocasinos.help and every page on it (the “Site”). They form an agreement between you and CryptoCasinos.help (“we”, “us”). If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site.
These Terms work together with our privacy policy, disclaimer and editorial policy.
2. Who may use the site
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. For example, it is 21 in most US states that allow online gambling, and the age differs by province in Canada.
- If you are below that age, you must leave the Site.
- You must not use the Site if you have chosen to self-exclude from gambling. Please use the free support services instead. If you are struggling, blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker can block gambling sites, including this one.
3. What we are, and what we aren’t
The Site publishes information, reviews, data and opinions about crypto casinos, cryptocurrencies, game providers and payment methods, plus guides and scam warnings. We are not:
- a gambling operator. We don’t accept bets, run games or hold player funds;
- a payment service, exchange or wallet;
- an agent, representative or partner of any casino in a legal sense, even when we earn affiliate commission from it;
- a regulator, dispute-resolution body or law firm. We can’t force a casino to pay you.
Nothing on the Site is an offer, invitation or encouragement to gamble, or legal, financial, investment or tax advice. See the disclaimer for more.
4. Your responsibility for local law
Online gambling is illegal, restricted or licensed only to local operators in many countries and regions, including most US states, Australia, France and many others. Many crypto casinos hold only an offshore licence, for example from Curaçao or Anjouan. That licence doesn’t make them legal where you live.
- You alone are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you before you visit, register with or deposit at any casino.
- Our laws by country page and our country notices are general information, not legal advice, and may be out of date.
- We hide “Visit” links for casinos that say they exclude your country. We do this as a courtesy, using an approximate location. It is not a legal check and may be wrong, for example if you use a VPN or travel.
- Don’t use a VPN, false details or someone else’s account to get around a casino’s country restrictions. It usually breaks the casino’s terms, may break the law, and often leads to confiscated winnings and closed accounts.
5. Reviews, scores and opinions
Our reviews and scores are statements of opinion. They are based on our own tests, public records and the evidence available to us on the date shown on each review. They are produced with the published scoring formula and our review standard.
- A “Recommended” label or high score is not a guarantee that a casino is safe, will pay you, or will treat you fairly. Casinos can change owners, terms, limits and behaviour at any time, without telling us.
- Withdrawal times, limits, bonuses and accepted coins are what we measured or what was reported at the time. Your experience may differ.
- Scam reports and complaint summaries describe evidence we have checked and allegations made by players. We word these carefully and give casinos a right of reply. An allegation is not a finding by a court or regulator.
- Always read a casino’s current terms on its own website before depositing. If our information and the casino’s terms disagree, the casino’s terms are what you are agreeing to.
6. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you sign up or deposit at a casino after clicking one, the casino may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. Affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page code, and our funding policy explains how we keep commissions separate from scores.
- When you follow a link to another website, you leave our Site. That site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
- We don’t control third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, products or conduct, or for any deposit, bet, bonus, withdrawal or account decision there.
- Any dispute about your casino account is between you and the casino. We are happy to hear about it (see section 11). It may lead us to change a score or publish a warning.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any law, or to help anyone gamble illegally or underage;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the Site, or get around its security;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Site to copy or republish its content or data, or to build a competing database. Search engines and AI assistants indexing the Site under our robots.txt are welcome, within the limits of section 8;
- frame the Site, or present our content as if it were yours;
- send us false reports, impersonate someone else or a casino, or try to manipulate our scores;
- send malware, spam or unsolicited commercial messages to our contact address.
8. Copyright and reuse of our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, scores, data tables, test logs, screenshots, design and code of the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and database rights. Some icons are used under open licences, such as the CC0-licensed cryptocurrency icons. Those licences still apply to those icons.
What you may do:
- read, share links to, and print pages for personal use;
- quote short extracts, for example a verdict, a score or a few lines, in articles, forum posts, videos or AI-generated answers, as long as you name CryptoCasinos.help and link to the page you quote, and don’t change the meaning.
What needs our written permission: copying whole reviews or large parts of them, republishing our scores or data sets in bulk, using our content for commercial purposes, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. Ask at hi@cryptocasinos.help.
9. Trademarks
Casino, game provider, payment and cryptocurrency names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we write about (nominative use). Their use doesn’t mean those owners endorse us, or that we endorse them. If you own a trademark and think we have used it wrongly, email us and we will look at it promptly.
10. Casino operators and right of reply
- Casinos can’t pay for a review, a higher score, a better position or the removal of negative information. Affiliate partners are rated with the same formula as everyone else.
- If you represent a casino and believe something we published is factually wrong, email hi@cryptocasinos.help with evidence. We check every request. We correct verified errors and log them publicly. Where appropriate, we publish a fair summary of your response alongside the review.
- We won’t remove accurate information or opinions because they are unfavourable.
11. Contacting us and sending reports
You can send us scam reports, corrections and questions through our report form or at hi@cryptocasinos.help. The Site has no user accounts. When you send us material such as screenshots, transaction details or a description of what happened:
- you confirm it is true to the best of your knowledge, and that you are allowed to share it;
- you allow us to use it to investigate, and to publish an anonymised summary and redacted evidence if we decide to write about the case. We will never publish your name or contact details without your permission;
- you understand that we may contact the casino about it. We will check with you before sharing anything that could identify you;
- you understand that we can’t promise to publish, resolve or recover anything. We are not a dispute-resolution service.
We handle the personal data in your messages as described in our privacy policy.
12. No warranty
We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that:
- the information is complete, accurate or up to date;
- the Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors;
- any casino will behave as described.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, from relying on its content, or from any third-party site or service you reach through it. This includes:
- gambling losses;
- unpaid or delayed withdrawals;
- confiscated balances or closed accounts;
- lost or stolen cryptocurrency;
- losses from leveraged trading;
- loss of profit, data or opportunity;
- any indirect or consequential loss.
The Site is free, so if we are found liable to you anyway, our total liability is limited to 100 euros (or the equivalent in your currency).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Indemnity
If you break these Terms, for example by scraping and republishing our content or sending us false reports about a casino, and a claim is made against us as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
15. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and the change history lists every change. Changes apply from the date they are published. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the Site is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your home country and can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be solved quickly by talking.
17. General
- If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- These Terms, with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
- Questions: hi@cryptocasinos.help.
