Fake 'casino support' accounts on Telegram are stealing deposits
Scammers impersonate support agents of popular crypto casinos and send players a fake deposit address.
The scam
Players asking for help in public casino Telegram groups get a direct message from an “official support agent”. The agent says a deposit failed and sends a new wallet address to “re-send” funds. That address belongs to the scammer.
How to protect yourself
- Real support never DMs you first. Use the live chat on the casino’s own website only.
- Only deposit to the address shown in your casino account, and check the first and last 6 characters.
- Report impersonators to the casino and to Telegram.
