Rollbit review
Crypto casino, sportsbook and 1000x futures in one account, with rakeback instead of a welcome bonus.

Our verdict
Rollbit is a real crypto casino that has operated since 2020; rollbit.com is now run by Acacia Tech Ltd under an Anjouan licence, and its old Curaçao certificate shows as revoked. In our own tests deposits were credited instantly and withdrawals were usually quick, though some needed manual approval. The main risks are heavy KYC and source-of-funds checks that players report at withdrawal time, many complaints about closed accounts, anonymous founders and unregulated 1000x futures. We rate it Caution.

Overview
This Rollbit review covers safety, payouts, KYC checks and the risks you should know about before you deposit. Rollbit is a crypto-only casino that launched in 2020. One account gives you slots, live dealer games, in-house “Originals”, a sportsbook and leveraged crypto futures. It also has its own token, RLB.
In 2026 the company behind rollbit.com changed. Copies of Rollbit’s terms updated on 16 September 2026 name Acacia Tech Ltd, based in Charlestown, Nevis, as the operator. Before that, the terms named Bull Gaming N.V. of Curaçao. The founders go by the nicknames “Lucky” and “Razer”. Their real identities have not been officially confirmed.
Our method: we have made initial real-money deposits and withdrawals at Rollbit. Our detailed per-transaction log, with dates, coins, amounts and timings, will be published when it is complete. Until then, other figures below come from Rollbit’s published terms, regulator registers, news reports and player reports, and we label them that way. Rollbit is an affiliate partner of this site. That does not change our scores.
Is Rollbit legit and safe?
Rollbit is a real business that pays most players, but its licence position is weaker than it was a year ago.
- Current licence. The Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register lists Acacia Tech Ltd with licence ALSI-042308006-FII, status “valid”, issued 16 August 2023 and expiring 20 August 2027, for the domain rollbit.com. We checked it on 2 November 2026.
- Old licence. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for Bull Gaming N.V. now reads “License status: Revoked” and says the record “does not confirm current authorization to operate”. Reviewers report this was licence OGL/2024/1260/0494. Neither the regulator nor Rollbit has explained the change publicly.
- Anjouan’s standing. In October 2026 the Guardian reported, and Gambling.com summarised, that the government of Comoros calls the Anjouan licensing regime illegal and has asked the UK for help. Anjouan’s authority rejects this. Either way, an Anjouan licence gives you very little protection if a dispute goes wrong.
- Past controversies. In March 2023 CoinDesk reported that Rollbit removed licence details from its site during a Curaçao renewal. In April 2023 CryptoSlate reported allegations that influencers were paid in RLB to promote the token without disclosure. In May 2025 dev.ua reported that a Kyiv court let Ukraine’s asset agency (ARMA) manage crypto seized in a money-laundering case, after Bull Gaming N.V. said some of the funds belonged to the casino.
Rollbit offers 2FA, deposit and loss limits and short self-exclusion, according to reviewers.
Bottom line: Rollbit is not a scam, but it is not low-risk. Treat it as a place to play with small amounts, not to store money.
Deposits & withdrawals
Rollbit is crypto-only and says it supports dozens of coins. You can’t deposit or play in fiat, but reviewers report a “Buy crypto” option that sends you to third-party on-ramps such as MoonPay, where you pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The on-ramp sets its own fees and ID checks. Rollbit does not charge its own deposit or withdrawal fees; you pay only the network fee. Reviewers report a $10 deposit and $10 wager requirement before your first withdrawal, and no maximum withdrawal after that.
| Coin | Network | Reported withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | A few minutes to ~60 min at busy times |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | A few minutes to ~60 min at busy times |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | Near-instant to a few minutes |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana | Near-instant to a few minutes |
| USDT / USDC | Ethereum (ERC-20) / Solana (SPL) | Depends on network |
| RLB | Ethereum / Solana | Depends on network |
The times in this table are reported by players and reviewers, not measured by us. We list only the coins we have confirmed from several sources. Reviewers also list Ethereum tokens such as DAI, Chainlink (LINK), Uniswap (UNI), ApeCoin (APE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Pepe (PEPE), Polygon (POL) and wrapped ETH (WETH).
| What | Our tests | Player reports |
|---|---|---|
| Deposits | Credited instantly, unless the blockchain itself was slow to confirm | Credited after network confirmation |
| Withdrawals | Usually quick, but some needed manual approval by Rollbit’s team before being sent | Minutes for normal amounts; days to weeks when compliance checks start |
Rollbit withdrawal time is usually fast. The exceptions come from checks, not from the blockchain.
Withdrawal checks and “source of funds” requests
Many complaints about Rollbit are not about slow payouts. They are about how much Rollbit asks for when you try to withdraw.
Rollbit verifies accounts in up to five levels: personal details, photo ID, a live selfie, proof of address and, at the top, source of funds (proof of where your money came from). You can sign up and deposit with none of these. Reviewers say the higher levels are triggered by large balances, big wins or account activity that Rollbit flags.
We read about 40 recent Trustpilot reviews (mid-April to late October 2026). Most are one-star, and players report these patterns:
- KYC at the moment of withdrawal. Roughly half mention a verification request linked to a held withdrawal, often after a win.
- “Do you have other accounts?” At least 12 say support or compliance asked them to list other accounts, then restricted or closed the account for alleged multi-accounting or account sharing. The players deny it.
- Holds after verification. Several players say they completed level 3 or level 4 KYC and the withdrawal was still held, voided, or the account closed.
- Source of funds. Only a few reviews explicitly mention source-of-funds questions or bank statements. A self-published player diary from May 2026 describes a $9,200 withdrawal that took about 11 weeks, with one document request after another.
- Liveness checks. Some players report live selfie or video checks.
Amounts in these reports range from $80 to about $34,000. Rollbit replies to about 10% of negative Trustpilot reviews, usually asking players to email complaints@rollbit.com. We could not verify any single case, and unhappy players are more likely to post.
Copies of Rollbit’s terms let it delay or cancel withdrawals for checks and keep winnings when it closes an account for a breach.
How to protect yourself:
- Withdraw regularly instead of building a large balance.
- Keep records of every deposit: transaction hashes, the exchange or wallet you sent from, and statements.
- Expect checks on large cashouts, and complete them early.
- Use one account only, and never share it or your devices.
- Never use a VPN. It is the fastest way to get flagged.
- Answer in writing, keep copies, and send only genuine documents.
Casino games & providers
Reviewers report thousands of slots from about 50 to 100 studios, depending on the review, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming and NetEnt. Live dealer tables come from studios including Evolution, Ezugi and Absolute Live Gaming. The in-house Originals, such as crash and roulette, are provably fair. That means you can check each result with the published seed data.
A 2023 analysis questioned how one Original handled its server seed. Rollbit says it has since moved several games to a verifiably random system. Third-party slots are not provably fair; they use the provider’s own certified random number generator. There is no native mobile app, so you play in the browser.
Sportsbook & crypto futures
The sportsbook covers football, basketball, American sports and esports.
Rollbit’s futures product is where the biggest risk sits. It offers up to 1000x leverage on Bitcoin and more than 50 other markets. Rollbit is the counterparty to every trade, so when you lose, Rollbit wins.
Risk warning: At 1000x leverage, a price move of just 0.1% against you can wipe out your whole position. Rollbit’s gambling licence does not cover futures, and no financial regulator oversees them. Most retail traders lose money on leveraged products. If you are not an experienced trader, do not use this feature.
RLB token
RLB is Rollbit’s own token, on Ethereum and Solana. In August 2023 Rollbit announced it would spend 10% of casino revenue, 20% of sportsbook revenue and 30% of futures revenue buying RLB and burning it. Later reports say most of each purchase is burned and a share goes to staked Rollbot NFT holders.
These numbers come from Rollbit and are not independently audited. We found no 2026 source confirming whether the percentages still apply. Holding RLB gives you no ownership in the company, and its price has fallen sharply from its late-2023 peak.
Bonuses & VIP
Rollbit has no classic welcome bonus. Instead it pays rakeback: part of the house edge back on every bet. Reviewers report about 5% rakeback with no wagering requirement (the amount you must bet before you can withdraw a bonus). Some of it is paid at once and the rest is spread over a rewards calendar.
On top of that come daily, weekly and monthly bonuses and VIP rank-up rewards, paid partly at once and partly over days or weeks. Reported rates vary between sources, so treat them as rough figures. Rakeback rewards volume: the more you bet, the more you get back, but you still lose on average. Don’t chase VIP levels.
Licence, restricted countries & legality
rollbit.com holds an Anjouan licence. It does not hold a UK, Malta or US licence. A separate site, rollbit.co.uk, is listed on the UK Gambling Commission register under Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited (account 57869). That is a different operator with different rules.
Rollbit restricted countries for rollbit.com, according to copies of its terms, include:
- United States and US territories
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden
- Ukraine, Turkey, the UAE, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and North Korea
- Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, St Maarten and St Eustatius
Rollbit’s terms ban VPNs, proxies and false addresses. Using them can get your account closed and your balance withheld. Even where Rollbit is not blocked, an offshore licence does not make it legal where you live.
Customer support
Rollbit offers 24/7 live chat and email: support@rollbit.com for general questions, complaints@rollbit.com for complaints and compliance@rollbit.com for verification. The help centre is in English only. We have not yet run our own support test.
Reviewers say live chat is quick for simple questions. Disputes are the weak spot: players report slow or no replies from compliance, and the terms call management’s decisions final. There is no independent dispute service.
Verdict
Rollbit suits experienced crypto players who want fast deposits, rakeback without wagering rules and provably fair Originals. In our tests, deposits were instant and withdrawals usually quick. Against that, its licence moved to Anjouan after its Curaçao certificate was revoked, its founders are anonymous and its futures are unregulated. Players also report heavy document checks at withdrawal time. We rate it Caution.
Avoid it if you plan to build a large balance, can’t easily document where your crypto came from, or live in a restricted country. Keep stakes small, withdraw winnings often and never use a VPN. Gambling should be entertainment, not income. If it stops being fun, set limits, take a break, or contact GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous or the National Council on Problem Gambling.
Corrections & changes
- — Licence and owner updated. Rollbit's terms (updated 16 September 2026, per third-party copies) name Acacia Tech Ltd, Nevis, as operator, and the Anjouan register lists licence ALSI-042308006-FII for rollbit.com as valid. The Curaçao certificate for Bull Gaming N.V. (OGL/2024/1260/0494), which we previously listed, now shows 'Revoked'. Safety and fair-terms scores lowered; first real-money test findings added.
Rollbit: common questions
Is Rollbit legit?
Yes, it is a real, operating casino, but it is higher-risk than most. Rollbit has run since 2020, and rollbit.com is now operated by Acacia Tech Ltd under Anjouan licence ALSI-042308006-FII, which the Anjouan register lists as valid. Its former Curaçao certificate shows as revoked, its founders are anonymous, and complaint sites show many disputes over closed accounts, so we rate it Caution.
Is Rollbit legal in the US, UK or Australia?
No. Rollbit's restricted-country list includes the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom and Australia. Using a VPN to get around this breaks its terms and can get your account closed and your balance withheld. A separate site, rollbit.co.uk, appears on the UK Gambling Commission register under Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, but that is a different operator and is not rollbit.com.
How long do Rollbit withdrawals take?
Usually minutes, but not always. In our tests withdrawals were usually quick, but some needed manual approval by Rollbit's team before they were sent. Players report that ordinary withdrawals arrive within minutes to about an hour, while large or flagged withdrawals can be held for days or weeks during compliance checks.
Does Rollbit require KYC?
Not to sign up, but often to withdraw. You can register and deposit without ID. Rollbit uses up to five verification levels, from personal details and photo ID through a selfie and proof of address to source of funds. Players report being asked for these at withdrawal time, especially after big wins.
Why is Rollbit asking for source of funds before my withdrawal?
Usually because of anti-money-laundering checks. Rollbit's top verification level asks you to prove where your money came from, for example with bank or exchange statements. Players report these requests after large wins, large balances or account flags. Reply in writing, send only genuine documents, keep your deposit transaction hashes, and escalate to complaints@rollbit.com if the review stalls.
Does Rollbit have a welcome bonus?
No. There is no deposit-match welcome bonus. Instead, Rollbit pays rakeback, a share of the house edge back on every bet, with no wagering requirement. It adds daily, weekly and monthly rewards and VIP rank-up bonuses, which grow with how much you bet.
What is RLB?
RLB (Rollbit Coin) is Rollbit's own token. Rollbit says it uses a share of revenue to buy RLB on the market and burn most of it. Owning RLB gives you no claim on the company, the burn figures are not independently audited, and its price is highly volatile.
